Nutritionist Mirna just made a big major change in my life!! I am trying to have another baby and i need to loose weight she explained to me in a very simple and fun way how to avoid bad food and she even gave me some creative healthy recipes that tastes yummy ! Being a mommy for the first time, pregnancy wasn't so kind to my body and ended up gaining 35kg for the first time in my life though I really tried to be careful. After giving birth I decided to eat healthy and watch my food to give my baby the best source of nutrients as I was breastfeeding and managed to lose a bit till it became frustrating and I just couldn't accept my body anymore. Yet I didn't want to affect my breastfeeding, so luckily I found my Savior Mirna a lactation consultant and a nutritionist.( bingo 2 in 1 right
