Having bad billing department group will
Having bad billing department group will be bad impact to the hospital which is me and my husband went in the emergency Room last May 6 @11:30pm due to labor pain but since then they keep asking to PAY FULL AMOUNT of the BILL that there giving us without payment they will not admit us which is not really good, even we ask them to wait until morning as my company will pay and no one can attend the call that time as the middle of the night .. and the guy in the billing is not approachable and keep asking the payment before admition .. WHAT IS IMPORTANT THE LIFE OF THE PERSON or just the money ????? We understand the hospital policy but this is ABOUT THE LIFE of the baby !!! Why you put EMERGENCY ROOM if they cannot approach the patient without money !!!!! This is VERY WORST service !!!!! That guy who is the billing small fat guy with specs we didnt get his name !!!!! And they called he is SUPERVISOR or whatever position he is !!!

I will rate 5 Star full points to Aster
I will rate 5 Star full points to Aster Mankhool Cardio Dept where I had undergone a small surgery to insert a pacemaker last week..Now I am recovering well ..The complete staff in ICU section of Cardio was very supportive, Understood the patients needs and very sensitive and caring which is needed at that time when they face bodily and emotional challenge ...Ever smiling and trained nurses including male staffs ...I remember few names of nurses who were there on duty as got friendly with them ..Dr Sughandana, Sister Asha, Divya,Soumya Alphi etc however everyone was equally helpful and caring whenever i called them for my needs ...I bow to them and Salute to the commitment and dedication of this kind of service which is extremely commendable ...Keep up thr good work to the society as a whole and patients who will remember this forever ...Thanks and God Bless

Aster Hospital in Mankool billing department
Even 1 start i will not give you I had a disappointing experience with the billing department at Aster Hospital Mankhool. We were initially promised a discount before proceeding with the procedure, which influenced our decision to continue. However, after the procedure was completed, we were repeatedly redirected to different staff and departments, and the promised discount was not honored. This situation was very stressful, especially considering our financial circumstances. I hope the hospital reviews its billing practices and ensures clear, transparent communication with patients in the future so others do not face the same experience.

zero star
The pharmacy experience was equally bad long waiting times and incorrect insurance submission, which caused rejection of my medication initially. Later, it was approved only after they corrected their own mistake. This reflects poor coordination and lack of attention. The registration system is chaotic and outdated: Multiple unnecessary queues (sticker, payment, file, nurse)No clear guidanceNo proper coordinationEven with a prior appointment, you still wait without any organized system. I have previously visitedAster Hospital Al Qusais andAster Clinic Deira, and they were far more professional and organized. This branch is completely the opposite. After waiting for hours, feeling unwell, and being treated with no consideration, I cancelled the MRI and left. This level of negligence, poor management, and lack of patient care is not acceptable in Dubai. Immediate action is required.
