Dr. Rita Sakr Sulaiman Habib service is so poor
I have visited Sulaiman Al Habib hospital Dubai health care city, for a check up with Dr. Rita Sakr, the Dr. asked me to do two blood tests, I have done them same day, since then and till today I have been calling the Dr. with no avail, they always tell me that shes not responding and she will call me back. She never did. I have spoken with them several times that I need to know the results of my tests and take the necessary medications ASAP, as I have severe anemia and I need treatment ASAP because I am planning to do IVF soon and Dr. was aware about the situation. Still despite several calls and follow up from my side no one ever have contacted me and till today 20 September 2024 no one contacted me. I tried to reach out last Friday the 13th to their department of quality control, I have reported the incident and logged a complaint even then that are so unprofessional they never got back to me, I called them yesterday the 19th and I said that I have trusted them to take the necessary action promptly but they failed. They apologized and promised to give me call same day, but still they failed. I am now seeking support from Senior Management with this matter, this hospital has changed me for 1 visit, and 2 blood test but they failed to fulfill the complete objective, they took the money and then they disregarded the follow up. Its deeply sad and unfortunate that they dont take humans health as priority and that they only care about bout the money. Dr. Rita Sakr is extremel

Wonderful experience with Dr Suliman Alhabib hospital. Dr,Adel Mohamed Bader was a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth surgery, and follow-up.
