Dr. Hmidan is a seasoned ENT professional with over 20 years? clinical experience. He received his training at Al-Mouassat and Al-Assad University Hospitals, which are considered as the largest hospitals in Syria and has undertaken further training at hospitals in the UK and Canada. He has worked in Syria, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the UAE.
He performs all the minor surgeries, and most of the major surgeries in Otorhinolaryngology (FESS, mastoidectomies, laryngectomies, head and neck reconstruction by flap-technique and removal of foreign bodies from the aero-digestive tract). He also assists in surgeries such as total maxillictomy and removal of nasopharyngeal angiofibroma.
