Good experience

We have visited few times to Amber clinics deira for my son. Each time we were thoroughly impressed by the staff and the nurses. They were very friendly. We used to visit Dr. Swathi Eluri the Specialist pediatrician and her professionalism and genuine care for our son made us feel at ease and very comfortable to talk to her and reach out to her. And also to specify Ms. Praisey is one of the friendliest nurse in the clinic. She always welcome us with a smile and very supportive. Highly recommended

The doctor are very accommodating , thank you to Dra. Rosamar even nurses like Shrijjana , she entertain the patient well .Just continue your good service. But try to improved more in terms of waiting time .

COMPLAIN

i book an appoitment today at 12:30 then the filipina lady in the receptionist assisted me, she check my inssurance and ask for initial payment already after that i ask her if i will take MC do i need to pay here again to her, then she said they can only provide doctor attendance, so i get upset i told her in the first place you should tell the patient first before. because mostly they need MC such a waste of time, i do understand if the system is down we cant do anything about it, when it will ressume but the service they have given is so disspointing they need to undergo atleast common sence training or bassic.

Guy in billing department.

The front desk guy in billing department should have more training not to ask or to confirm the patient which test I need to do which is obviously on my request form. Poor service.
