I am so thankful for the exceptional care I received from my OB-GYN Doc Sravanthi Madivada. My third pregnancy was complicated by several health challenges, but my doctor was patient, thorough, and incredibly supportive. Her dedication is unmatchedshe even visited me in the hospital when she was under the weather to ensure I was okay. During my C-section, she was a source of immense strength, literally holding my hand and encouraging me through my fears. I am now home with my healthy baby, feeling overwhelmed with gratitude for a doctor who treats her patients with such genuine compassion and bravery. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a doctor who truly goes the extra mile.

Worst Clinic and OB name Dr. Lalaine, If you are Kabayan and if you are pregnant better not to visit or consult with her, your day and excitement will be mess up. If there is option for zero start I would love to do. WORST!!!!

Poor Customer Service at Amber Clinic, Rigga Branc

I had a very disappointing experience at Amber Clinic, Rigga Branch. I had already heard negative feedback from friends but decided to give it a try since I had no other choice.From my first visit, I noticed how crowded the reception area was. I initially thought it was just because of the small space, but it became clear that the clinic lacks an efficient system. The staff were not accommodating or attentive to patients needs.My second visit for my lab appointment was even worse. I was given two tokens, yet one of my numbers was called before the other without any explanation. Im not an employee of Amber, so I shouldnt have to figure out how their system works. What made it worse was witnessing the cashier loudly and rudely arguing with the lady assigning the tokens right in front of patients. This kind of behavior is very unprofessional and leaves a negative impression.My lab appointment was scheduled for 9:00 PM, but it got delayed. While waiting, I saw my doctor the one who initially checked me and was supposed to review my lab report leaving the clinic. This was very disappointing, as it meant I could no longer complete the consultation that same night. When I finally received my report, I was told to hand it over to the doctor, which means I now have to come back again.If the system were organized, patients wouldnt need to waste so much time going back and forth. Good experience

We have visited few times to Amber clinics deira for my son. Each time we were thoroughly impressed by the staff and the nurses. They were very friendly. We used to visit Dr. Swathi Eluri the Specialist pediatrician and her professionalism and genuine care for our son made us feel at ease and very comfortable to talk to her and reach out to her. And also to specify Ms. Praisey is one of the friendliest nurse in the clinic. She always welcome us with a smile and very supportive. Highly recommended

The doctor are very accommodating , thank you to Dra. Rosamar even nurses like Shrijjana , she entertain the patient well .Just continue your good service. But try to improved more in terms of waiting time .
