Complaint Regarding Refusal of Treatment at Aster

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the treatment I received at Aster Clinic, Al Karama, this evening. I had a fall earlier today and injured my leg below the knee, with visible pain and a wound. As the situation was uncertain, I went directly to the clinic without a prior appointment, hoping to receive basic medical assistance. At the clinic, I was informed that a General Practitioner was available. However, when I approached the receptionist to request treatment, I was told that the GP did not want to see me. When I asked for the reason, the receptionist stated that he did not know why. I was then advised to see an orthopedic doctor, but I was told that the doctor had already left for the day and would only be available on Friday. I clearly explained that I was not seeking specialized treatment at that moment and only needed basic medical care, such as medication and dressing for my wound. Despite this, no assistance was provided. I find it very concerning that a patient with an injury was refused even basic medical attention, especially when a GP was present at the clinic. This experience reflects poorly on the clinics patient care standards and professionalism. I request that this matter be reviewed seriously and that appropriate action be taken to ensure patients are not denied necessary care in similar situations in the future.

I was referred by Urologoist at Aster Jubilee Al Fahidi for Ingestions at near by Aster. I visited Union Aster Clinic for 4 days mornings and evenings. Big Thank you Sister s ( Elderly) I dont know her name, Sister Teja and Sister who visited Kolluru Mookambika. Sorry I couldnt remember the names.

I had gone here for my daughters tooth filling...The dentist Dr.Cauvery Sharma was very kind and the most polite one Ive ever seen...even her assistant nurse Ms.Jaseela was also very helpful and cooperated.
