I had a disappointing experience

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit to Aster Hospitals gynecology department. I saw Dr. Nivedita Alinkil, and unfortunately, I felt that her behavior was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. As a patient, I expected to be treated with respect and compassion, especially in a sensitive medical situation. It was disheartening to feel dismissed and unheard, which made the consultation uncomfortable. I hope the hospital reviews this feedback and standards in the future.
