I am an epilepsy patient recommended by one of the doctors from Aster Jvc, he per him Dr. Qamar Mirza is one of the best doctors but I highly doubt as when I went to discovery garden, my appointment says 3:10 however the token was stuck and wasnt moving , after inquiring from the counter I went to the room 10 but seems like Dr. Qamar just woke up as he was just busy yawning and not interested to listen to my problems asking me the same question 5 times. I will still trust him with the medicine I hope it helps. This needs to be monitored I feel as patients come to the doctors thinking they will get better rather then having questions in their shoulder we take a risk or no. Epilepsy is not dangerous problems but takes a lot from people suffering.

Worst experience always

I have very worst experience which I had twice. Here the waiting time is too long, which j have never faced in other clinics, Doctors fee and medicine cost is higher in comparison to nearby clinic. The Doctors prescription really suits me hence I am visiting Aster.Today I have sever fever and I entered clinic at 3.23 PM and now its 7.10 PM, but I do not have medicine in my hand, still pharmacist making excuses. I am just waiting without any medicine and its untolarable. If you have B categorys insurance still fever basic medicine request rejects, which never happened in a clinic which is nearby. My worst experience happened twice. The waiting time here is excessive, which I have never experienced in other clinics, and the physicians and medicines fees are greater than those at surrounding clinics. Im going to Aster since the doctors medication works well for me.Today I had a severe fever and entered the clinic at 3.23PM; it is now 7PM, but I do not have medicine in my hand, and the chemist made excuses. Im just waiting without any medication, and its unbearable. Despite the fact that you had B-category insurance, my fever treatment request was denied, which had never happened at a nearby clinic.Surprisingly, they skip the token number as well. This is simply not acceptable. Dear Management, Please investigate this matter.
