I had a terrible experience at LERC
I had a terrible experience at LERC The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in I specifically requested to see a particular doctor but they booked my appointment with a different one without informing me To make matters worse the manager was completely inexperienced and had no idea how to handle patients concern I left feeling frustrated and disappointed I would not recommend this clinic to anyone

A Proficient Team that assisted me to conclude the decision to go for the Monovision Lasik Procedure, which is was searching for almost 3 or 4 weeks. Sister Eman was a great help, Dr. Anwar Sajwani and Dr. Ahmed El Sawaf who operated and assisted me during this time were simply great and helpful. Its been a Year now since the procedure and thankful to Gods direction towards these individuals and clinic.

I got laser done on both the eyes and wa
I got laser done on both the eyes and was left with a foreign object in my left eye. The surgery was done by Dr Ahmed Sawaf. I roamed around the hospital for than a month with terrible pain in my eye, but the doctor failed to identify the problem. The German doctor from the same clinique did identify my issue but denied to resolve it as the surgery was done by another doctor. Finally, I went to Al Zahra hospital to resolve my issue. Beware to whom you give your organs to play with.
