My name is Firous Ali,(050 7123130) and I have been a patient of Dr. Bobby Mathew (Endocrinologist) and Dr. Vijay Nagaraj (General Medicine) since 2019. Both doctors and their nursing teams have always provided excellent medical care, and my wife and I are very satisfied and comfortable under their supervision.However, I regret to share that the customer service experience at your clinic has been consistently disappointing over the years. I have faced similar issues multiple times, but my experience yesterday was particularly unpleasant.My appointment was scheduled for 7:40 PM, and I reached the clinic at 7:38 PM. I collected my token at 7:40 PM and waited for my turn, expecting to be called shortly. Around 8:00 PM, I was informed that my appointment had been cancelled and that I was being treated as a walk-in patient, as Dr. Vijay was fully booked and I would have to try my luck. This explanation was only given after I asked why I was issued a walk-in token otherwise, I would not have been informed at all.When I raised my concern, the counter staff called a customer service representative. Unfortunately, she appeared frustrated and inattentive, seemingly preoccupied with personal matters. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, she escorted me from the second floor to the first floor to meet her manager which I found unnecessary and unprofessional, especially for a reputed clinic like NMC.
