Serious Negligence by Dr Zein
Our newborn son was treated by Dr. Zein at Prime Medical Center Jumeirah for clubfoot.We trusted this doctor because he claimed to specialize in pediatric orthopedics, but the experience was deeply alarming. After 7 weeks of casting, we later learned from another pediatric orthopedic specialist that our babys foot had barely progressed only at stage 2 of Ponseti correction yet Dr. Zein was already planning to perform surgery far too early, which could have led to lifelong disability or inability to walk. He also instructed us to remove casts at home (against medical standards), submitted the wrong procedure code delaying surgery, and later stopped responding completely. The hospital has since ignored multiple requests for medical reports and photos taken without consent. We strongly urge Prime Hospital management and Dubai Health Authority to investigate this case seriously so no other family experiences the same negligence.

As a family we are truly grateful to Dr. Rafia for the outstanding care and follow up - it juat felt that our children are in safe hands. Dr. Rafia has postponed her meeting today just to look after our daughter who had a fever, and ensure that all aspects been taken well care before she proceeded to her meeting. Dr. Rafia priority has been always the best of care to all of her patients who are treated as her own children.

I have done my Physio at prime Jumeirah,
I have done my Physio at prime Jumeirah, i would really recommend Ms Anwar Basha. You need to be gifted to ease people pain, she is very proffesional in dealing with, very attentive and good human being.. She is a great asset to prime. Keep up the great work, in making people smile :)
