disappointing inhumanity at the reception counter

I am writing to share a disappointing experience my wife and I encountered today at Prime Medical Center in Motor City. Earlier today, on 20/10/2023 at around 4:45pm, my wife experienced an extremely high blood pressure accompanied by a massive headache. We rushed to the clinic seeking immediate medical assistance. However, our experience at the reception counter was disheartening. The individual at the counter was incredibly rude and refused to acknowledge the urgency of the situation. He just simply said to us that without an appointment, you need to wait for a minimum of 40 minutes. Despite my polite requests and explanation regarding my wifes severe pain, the individual displayed no empathy and did not even bother to check if any medical professional was available at the moment. This behavior left us incredibly disappointed and disheartened. We have been loyal patrons of the clinic and hospital for many years and even chose Prime Medical for the birth of our daughter. However, such inhumane treatment from a staff member should not be tolerated. Regrettably, we cannot overlook the way we were treated, and as a result, we have decided not to return to Prime Medical Center. We sincerely hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration, as it is crucial to address the behavior of employees working at the reception counter. Lucky we live in Dubai and there are hundreds of other clinics and hospitals that will greatly understand the importance of this situation.
