Booking Appointment Requests, A New Process

1. How do I activate "book appointment" button on my page?

As a subscribed doctor you may have already receieved an email asking if you want to activate book appointment button on your page. Once you login, you will be requested to register and verify your mobile number. Once your mobile number is verified, booking appointment service will be activated on your page.

2. What are the advantages of activating "book appointment" button on my page?

Along with email notifications, which may sometimes end up in your junk box, or blocked because of a highly sensitive company mail filter, you will now receive SMS notifcations directly to your phone. This will ensure that you never miss another booking request from DrFive users. DrFive will also provide you with 5 FREE booking requests or credits every month.

3. Is "book appointment" a FREE service on my page?

Yes, the first 5 booking requests or credits are provided to you FREE every month. However, once the booking requests goes above 5 for any given month, you will be required to top-up the account to keep the book appointment service active.

4. What happens if I run out of credits?

If you have used up the FREE credits provided to you at the start of every month, and still wanted to keep the book appointment service active on your page, you can log in to your dashboard and top up with additional credits. A single credit or booking appointment is equal to AED 20 (Twenty Dirhams).

5. What happens if I'm enrolled in Express Quote with existing credit?

Any doctor being featured on Express Quote can use exisiting credits available from the Express Quote account and use the credits towards booking appointment requests. You can contact the DrFive admin team to arrange the credit transfer accordingly.
